Cancellation Policy
This Written Soul Reading is a reserved, dedicated time for me to tune into your energy and channel your message with care. Because no live meeting is required, your booking holds a block of time in my schedule to complete your reading. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund; cancellations made after that window, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Once your reading has been completed or delivered, no refunds can be issued. Your written reading will be emailed to you as a beautifully formatted PDF within 48 hours of your scheduled booking time. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your reading arrive on time.
