Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply valued.
Any information you share, whether through booking, intake forms, or during a session, is held with respect and confidentiality.

I may receive basic website data through Wix such as:

• Your IP address

• Browser or device type

• Pages visited

This helps the site function smoothly and improves your experience.

Payment details are processed securely through trusted partners like Wix Payments, PayPal, or Apple and Google Pay. I do not see or store your full card information.

​All guidance offered through Healing with Cam is intuitive and channeled in nature and is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, predictions, or personal resonance. Services are offered in the spirit of healing, reflection, and soul growth.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• Sessions do not treat, diagnose, or cure conditions

• Guidance offered is for personal insight only

• You are responsible for your own choices and interpretations

• Services are intended for adults 18 and older only

• No readings will be done on other people
   

If you are navigating a medical, mental health, or legal concern, please seek support from a licensed professional alongside this work.

Booking and Payments

• All sessions are booked through the website’s scheduling system.

• Payment is collected at the time of booking to reserve your session.

• You will receive confirmation and reminder emails automatically.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that life shifts. Here is the current policy:

• You may cancel 12 hours before your scheduled time, or reschedule up to 2 hours before your session time;

• No-shows will be rescheduled 1 time per booking.

• Once a session is completed, no refunds can be issued.

• All non-written readings are held on Zoom unless arranged otherwise, and a recording of your session will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

No Refunds

Why No Refunds ?

Each reading is prepared specifically for you. The time, energy, and sacred intention that goes into your session cannot be returned once the work has begun. This policy exists to honor that process, not to create hardship for anyone who books in good faith.

 

Service Fulfillment

Your service is considered fully fulfilled once your reading has been delivered, whether as a recorded Zoom session or a written PDF sent to the email address provided at checkout. This applies regardless of whether you:
   •    Resonate with or agree with the content
   •    Are able to access or locate the delivery email
   •    Provided incorrect information during booking
   •    Change your mind after purchase

Your Responsibility

Please ensure the contact information and any details you provide at booking are accurate. If a reading is delivered based on incorrect information provided by you, the service remains fulfilled and non-refundable. If you have trouble locating your reading due to email delivery issues, please reach out and I will do my best to assist you as a courtesy. By completing your booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy in full.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered service does not discharge your payment obligation and may constitute fraud under applicable law. Please reach out directly if you have a concern before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
A Note on the Nature of This Work

International Customers

Where legally permissible, by placing a booking you waive any statutory cooling-off, cancellation, or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and Australian Consumer Law provisions.

Session Experience and Conduct

My intention is to create a healing, grounded, respectful space.
I ask that clients:

• Arrive on time

• Communicate with openness and respect

• Use sessions for personal growth, healing, and clarity

I reserve the right to decline sessions that involve unsafe or harmful behavior.

Session Recordings

Some sessions may be recorded for your personal use.
Recordings may not be shared publicly or distributed.

I may choose not to record certain sessions based on the material or the type of work being done.

Your Rights and Options

You always have the right to:

• Update or correct your information

• Unsubscribe from emails

• Request deletion of personal information when possible

• Ask questions about any part of these policies

I want you to feel safe and fully informed at all times.
